The Le Clementine Agriturismo is the ideal location for an original stay celebrating local tradition with dishes based on local recipes, made using the products of the farm and prepared personally, with secret touches, by Luciana “Clementina” Vallese. The Agriturismo is in Badia Polesine and offers accommodation in an old Venetian manor house, renovated and furnished in period style, situated on the banks of the river Adige. Our cuisine is prepared with great care and we are proud recipients of the Piatto Cuoco d’Oro award. Just some of the specialties available include pane schizzoto e pinza onta (two kinds of Veneto focaccia), pasta e fasoj (pasta & beans), homemade pasta served with vegetable or tastasale (a local mincemeat preparation), pumpkin and pigeon tortelloni, pies, oven-baked vegetable soups, rabbit, capon, guinea fowl, duck, and braised lean duck. In the morning wake up to a rich breakfast which may be taken in the fragrant garden of flowers and herbs, a great way to start the day. The Le Clementine farmhouse is family-run according to local tradition and offers a unique way to appreciate the beauty of the area.
